CLARKSBURG — Boyd L. Warner, a veteran Clarksburg attorney with more than 50 years experience, recently joined his son Bobby Warner at Warner Law Offices in Charleston.
Boyd will assist in managing the firm’s North Central West Virginia clients, an area where he has served for more than 50 years.
“It’s a great joy to work alongside my father,” Bobby said. “We’ve discussed many cases through the years, but now we’ll collaborate on a daily basis. I look forward to forging an even stronger relationship with him, working on behalf of our clients.”
Before joining his son’s firm, Boyd served as a member at Waters, Warner & Harris, PLLC in Clarksburg. Boyd focused his practice on personal injury, insurance, liabilities, oil and gas and other civil suits.
For his 50 years of service, Boyd was recognized by the Harrison County Bar Association. He has also been inducted as a Fellow to the West Virginia Bar Foundation and given an “AV” rating, the highest rating given to attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell.
Bobby, recognized as a Super Lawyer for the eighth consecutive year, handles a variety of personal injury litigation. As lead trial lawyer, Bobby has obtained several million dollar verdicts for his clients. He was recently named a lifetime charter member to Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America. Additionally, Rue Ratings named Warner Law Offices to its Best Law Firms of America.
In addition to practicing law, Bobby and Warner Law Offices promote service to the community through the firm’s booster seat program and Warner Gives Back organization. Bobby is the founder of Beyond The Backyard, a charitable youth foundation that promotes outdoor sports and activities, such as hunting, fishing and camping. Bobby, an avid hunter and outdoorsman, founded the organization in 2008, and it has since grown to more than 11,000 members across 26 states.
