Sebastian Wesley Brugnoli, 33, of Hepzibah, spent 314 days in jail prior to the decision by Harrison County Circuit Judge Thomas A. Bedell on the deferred adjudication.

Judge Bedell

Lawyer, judge, race car driver, mechanic, manual laborer — what can’t Harrison County Circuit Judge Thomas A. Bedell do? Add mopping the floors of the courthouse to his list.
