CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Harrison County’s Federal Emergency Management Agency Disaster Relief Center will cease functioning Friday.

Residents of Boone, Calhoun, Clay, Harrison, and Kanawha counties who were affected by the Aug. 28-30 flooding will still be able to apply for disaster assistance online, via phone, or on the FEMA app until April 1, said Harrison County Disaster Relief Center Manager Melissa McCleery.
