HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WV News) — West Virginia State Police say criminal and administrative investigations into a senior trooper would have led to his firing if he hadn't resigned first.
The results of the criminal investigation into Senior Trooper R.A. Evick will be provided to the Cabell County prosecuting attorney, according to State Police.
"In late January of 2024, the West Virginia State Police's leadership was made aware its Internet Crimes Against Children unit had received a cybertip regarding potential child pornography being uploaded by one of its' uniformed members, Senior Trooper R. A. Evick," State Police Chief of Staff Maj. J.L. Mitchell said in a news release.
"The member was immediately placed on administrative leave. Criminal and internal administrative investigations were initiated."

Hope they fry his ass. Wonder how many sexual assaults he committed under the guise color of law.
