PENNSBORO — Timothy Ray Riley, 54, of West Union, WV, departed this life unexpectedly on Friday, May 29, 2015, at his residence.
Tim was born August 3, 1960, in Flint, MI, a son of Charles and Janet (Simpson) Riley of Columbiaville, MI.
For the past 21 years, Tim has worked as a crew chief at Bombardier Aerospace of Bridgeport, WV. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1978-1988 and greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also was proud to be part of the Salem Little League, where he served as a board member, as well as a softball coach. He loved his family dearly, and his grandchildren were his whole world.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Lee Ann (Langfitt) Riley; children, Jason Riley (Amanda) of Taylorsville, KY, Kristel Lipscomb (Doug) of Belmont, WV, Christa Johnson (Chris) of Smithville, WV, Heather Smith (Ernest) of West Union, WV, Brandon Rogers (Casey) of West Union, WV, Charlie Rogers of El Paso, TX, Lucas Rogers of Dallas, TX, and Macyah Riley of West Union, WV; brothers, Randy Riley (Gay) of Wilmington, NC, Larry Riley (Pam) of Clio, MI, Scott Riley (Trisha) of Columbiaville, MI; grandchildren, Bayley, Thomas, Jaydah, Addison, Timmy, Ashton, Mylee, Reagan, Reese, Landon; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Tim will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015, at the McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, WV. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.mcculloughraiguel.com.
