BUCKHANNON — Upshur grand jurors have indicted two men in connection with the killing of a 29-year-old Buckhannon man and the burying of his body in a remote part of the county.
Jessie Lee Heater and Robert Eugene Siron III were both charged with murder, concealment of a deceased human body, conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to conceal a deceased human body.
That’s according to the office of Upshur County Prosecutor Jake Reger, whose office obtained the indictments in a session that started Monday morning.
Heater, 29, of Buckhannon, and Siron, 30, of Weston, remain jailed without bond in the death of Joshua Oberg.
A third suspect, Rodolfo Villagomez “Chino” Correa, was previously charged in magistrate court with accessory before the fact to murder. He’s accused of hiring a hit on Oberg as part of a purported love triangle.
